What is your return policy?

We have set high standard in quality control and have made sure our products reach you in good shape and form. In spite of our efforts if there is an issue and you are not satisfied, we will refund 100% of the billed amount.

To be eligible for a return, the products should be unused and in the same condition that it was received. All you need to do is send us a picture of the products received with reason for return from your registered mail id and attach the invoice soft copy, this needs to be sent on the same or next day of the products delivered to you. And send back the products in the same package through courier to our office address mentioned in our home page and share a soft copy of courier charges as well in your email so we can include this to the refund amount.

After we do the basic checks, refunds will be made to the same mode of payment customers used for payments to Strollearth.

We request you to be mindful in claiming for refunds as the products will go back to the farmers or the manufacturers.

Source of your products

All products sold in Strollearth are sourced from the local farmers and cottage industries in the selected regions and all our customers will be supporting them whenever they make a purchase

What are the payment options?

We have a secure online payment option powered by Razorpay and PayPal.

Date of delivery of products

All products will be delivered within 2 days excluding the booking date. For Ex - If we receive the booking on Tuesday 1 PM, the products will be delivered on or before Thursday.
