Broccoli & Zucchini Stir-Fry Bowl | Healthy Vegan Recipe - Quick, healthy vegan stir-fry using Nilgiri-grown broccoli & zucchini. Tasty, fiber-rich, and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
1 cup Strollearth Broccoli florets
1 medium Zucchini, sliced
1 small Carrot, julienned
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
A handful of sesame seeds for garnish
Steps to Prepare
Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic, sauté till fragrant.
Add broccoli, zucchini, and carrots — stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
