Broccoli & Zucchini Stir-Fry Bowl | Healthy Vegan Recipe - Quick, healthy vegan stir-fry using Nilgiri-grown broccoli & zucchini. Tasty, fiber-rich, and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strollearth Broccoli florets

  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced

  • 1 small Carrot, julienned

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • ½ tsp soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • A handful of sesame seeds for garnish

Steps to Prepare

  1. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a pan.

  2. Add chopped garlic, sauté till fragrant.

  3. Add broccoli, zucchini, and carrots — stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss well.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
