Cabbage & Potato Vegan Patties | Healthy Snack Recipe - Golden crisp cabbage & potato patties. A high-fiber vegan snack that’s light, healthy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strollearth Cabbage, finely chopped

  • 2 medium Strollearth Potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1 small Carrot, grated

  • 1 tbsp oats powder or breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • Salt and chili flakes to taste

  • Oil for shallow frying

Steps to Prepare


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Shape into round patties.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.

  4. Serve hot with chutney or dip of your choice.
