Cabbage & Potato Vegan Patties | Healthy Snack Recipe - Golden crisp cabbage & potato patties. A high-fiber vegan snack that’s light, healthy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients
1 cup Strollearth Cabbage, finely chopped
2 medium Strollearth Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 small Carrot, grated
1 tbsp oats powder or breadcrumbs
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt and chili flakes to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Steps to Prepare
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Shape into round patties.
Heat a non-stick pan and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or dip of your choice.
