Ingredients

  • 5–6 Iceberg Lettuce leaves

  • ½ cup Strollearth Zucchini, diced

  • ½ cup Strollearth Red Radish, chopped

  • ½ cup Strollearth Carrot, sliced thin

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • Salt and herbs to taste

Steps to Prepare

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté zucchini, radish, and carrots for 3–4 minutes.

  2. Add soy sauce and herbs, mix well.

  3. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves.

  4. Wrap and enjoy immediately.
